The developers building Dubai Maritime City.

Dubai Maritime City FZE, part of DP World, sells the plots and runs the industrial precinct; every home is built by a sub-developer. Here they all are, from Beyond’s eight projects to the single-tower newcomers.

Choosing a developer

Five checks before you book.

  • The project is registered with RERA and has its own escrow account (the number is on the sale and purchase agreement).
  • The developer’s delivered projects: several developers here have none yet; visit one where they exist, and compare handover dates announced and achieved.
  • Construction progress as registered with RERA and the Dubai Land Department, not only the developer’s brochure: some 2027 dates sit on towers at 5 % in 2026.
  • Service charges per square foot in the two finished towers, Anwa and Riva Residence.
  • The resale rule: the share of the price to pay before you may resell, and the transfer fee.
