The pioneer of the peninsula.

Omniyat was founded in 2005 by Mahdi Amjad, its executive chairman. Its flagships include the Dorchester Collection residences (The Alba, ORLA, VELA), One at Palm Jumeirah and The Opus, designed by Zaha Hadid.

Omniyat calls Anwa “the first tower to grace the new landscape of Dubai Maritime City” (48 floors, completed 2021–22). Its second building here, Anwa Aria, is now marketed by Beyond as Aria.
