Beyond is the wider-luxury brand Omniyat Group launched in September 2024, with an 11 million sq ft project inside the Dubai Maritime City master plan, 8 million of it for Beyond (Gulf News). It also runs master plans on Dubai Islands (Siora), at Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah (Evermore) and on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (The Yards).
Beyond had no completed building under its own name by 25 October 2026: buyers look at Omniyat’s record. RERA progress in March 2026: Aria 72.9 %, Saria 10.32 %, The Mural 6.43 %, Orise 5.99 %, Sensia 4.67 %.
